Grapes used: Prugnolo Gentile (90%), Mammolo (5%) and Canaiolo (5%)

Refining, maturing: 18 months in oak casks.

Organoleptic characteristic:

  • Colour: Intense red ruby.
  • Bouquet: Intense, aromatic, elegant fragrance. Notes of plum, cherry, violet and spices.
  • Flavour: Excellent balance, hint of cherry. The tannis are delicately present.
  • Serve at: About 64°F in balloon glasses. Let the wine breathe one hour prior to serve.
  • Goes well with: Red meat, roasts and game.
